At Social Labs we are constantly working to ensure the continuous technological and functional improvement of our Social Business Platforms to offer our clients superior software of the highest value, quality and innovation.
Here are the new features of the Platforms (Social Advisors & Social Market) for May 2022:
1. WELCOME TOUR
A welcome tour has been incorporated into the app for each user who enters for the first time.
Each screen with its respective text, image and title can be customised by the administrator from the Settings section of the Control Panel. The screens that are explained by default are the missions, the rewards and the community.
2. PRODUCT LAUNCH GUIDE
A 5-step guide outlining the launch of a new Market Research Product from the Control Panel has been established in order to make this process more intuitive, simple, user-friendly and quicker for the administrator. The guide consists of the following steps:
- Task Editor
- Data EntrySurvey
- Task Criteria
It also facilitates the whole process of creating missions.
3. REDESIGN CX = UX+UI OF THE APPLICATION
The application has a new CX design (user experience, UX/UI) that is much more intuitive, minimalist, closer to the user and adapted to current CX market standards.
- The headers have been eliminated in order to save space on the mobile device and the icon library has been updated, giving it a fresher and cleaner look.
- The icons are linear and the highlighted ones are filled with the corporate colour.
- The mission centre has also been improved and a filter per month has been included.
- Also, some functionalities similar to those of whats app/telegram have been incorporated, such as deleting or muting chats.
4. DARK MODE
The possibility of activating dark mode has been enabled as it is one of the visual preferences of many users. In addition to preventing the user's vision from tiring in less time, dark mode offers several other advantages, such as reducing the device's battery consumption.
Due to the reduced brightness of the screens, battery savings can be up to 30% compared to the traditional mode.
5. DOUBLE SECURITY IN ACCOUNT VALIDATION
In order to securely authenticate the user's identity and ensure that each user has a single account, the option of double authentication (via SMS and e-mail) has been enabled. The administrator can define the double authentication option from the Control Panel.
6. GOODBYE SURVEYS, HELLO DIALOGUES
What we knew until now as Surveys has been renamed Dialogues. At Social Labs we want to abandon the term survey, as it refers to a simple question answering system, dialogues is a more universal concept that includes being able to ask, answer, evidence actions, verify geolocations, compare patterns, recognise images, know the user's digital journey, publish videos and photos, develop a video call, etc.
With dialogues we want to build an integral communication dynamic between the consumer/buyer and the brands in order to achieve a better understanding of consumer and purchasing behaviour.
