NEW MISSION CENTRE
In order to increase participation in missions and to inform about their status, a mission centre has been created. It can be found in the settings section of the app and from there users will be able to participate in the missions they have pending and check the status (pending, in progress and completed), details and history of all missions.
ANALYTIC FUNDAMENTAL PASSIVE TRACKING
In order to understand user behaviour even better and improve business decisions, data will not only be obtained through the execution of campaigns. Passive tracking allows us to analyse the user's digital behaviour. With your consent, we obtain information on the activity of your device (location, battery, model, installed apps...) Passive tracking analytics are available in the fundamental analytics section.
CUSTOMISABLE CHATS (CHANNELS)
Now you can configure the channels and decide how you want the landing screen (chats, messages...) of the application to look like depending on the segment of advisors you define.
BACKGROUND DOWNLOADS
Optimisation of the usability, performance and productivity of the platform by allowing downloads in the background. This eliminates the waiting times that existed in the previous version.
RANDOM PRODUCT ROTATION
In order to improve reliability and statistical consistency, the random product rotation functionality has been enabled in the survey missions. You can define the distribution algorithm and order of the products or questions in the survey-mission so that each user displays a product or question in a different order according to the defined algorithm.
REWARD AMOUNT SYNCHRONISATION
The possibility of defining the amount of the reward once the mission has been completed has been enabled, even if it differs from the amount initially established. This makes it possible to align the real value contributed by the user in the mission they have carried out with the assigned remuneration. If, once the payment file has been exported, we decide to change the remuneration, when we import it again and validate it, it will automatically be synchronised with the rest of the platform.
