Here is what's new in the Platforms (Social Advisors & Social Market) for January 2022:

1. WORLDCLOUD EVOLUTION

We have implemented syntactic and semantic visualisation improvements in the WorldCloud section of the Platform for optimal understanding of open answers, regardless of the number of answers and without any limitation on the number of words and phrases.

2. AUTOMATIC SEGMENTATION UPDATE

From now on, you can define that the segments are automatically updated when you receive the users' answers instead of adding them manually. This allows greater automation of the user segmentation and profiling processes.

It is defined from the section Users > Programming segmentations, then a score is assigned to each question and the assignment to the segments is carried out in an automated way. The asynchronous update process of segments can be defined by hours, minutes or days.

3. SEGMENTATIONS IN DETAILED SAMPLING SEGMENTATIONS

The segmentation analytic now incorporates not only the visualisation of the segmentation but also the segments of each segmentation.

In this way, for example, the segment would further specify the profile of the consumer, as well as exactly which product he/she consumes and not only his/her usual brand of consumption.

This can be seen in the Analytics > Detailed Sampling Segmentations section and in your user file.

4.  BLOG IN THE CONTROL PANEL

Integration of the Social Labs Blog in the Control Panel to access valuable content related to the Platform; Platform news, Social Business news, market research best practices, technological evolutions, Data Science, Human understanding and others.

5. VIDEO CALL VALIDATION

The video call mission validation process has evolved, integrating the video call into the validation process; achieving greater efficiency and consistency in the validation of this type of mission.

6. CDP (CUSTOMER DATA PLATFORM) INTEGRATION

The integration and interoperability of the Platform with corporate CDPs has been developed, allowing the automatic integration of all sensitive data from the Platform into the organisations' corporate data warehouses.

7. REWARD CATALOGUE

The remuneration methods for Platform advisors/advisors have been extended. It will not only be possible to reward missions with money, but from now on also with points, which can be linked to a catalogue of products, services or merchandising. The method of remuneration can be defined at mission level.

From the Control Panel it will be possible to define product, service and merchandising catalogues, detailing their point value, description, images, stock, availability dates, etc.
