At Social Labs, we are constantly working to update our Social Business Platforms to offer high quality and valuable software to our clients.

The following are the most recent updates from April 2021:

Mass activation/deactivation of users
To speed up and automate the activation or deactivation of many users, this can now be done via Excel import.

Last date the app was opened

In order to know whether advisors are using the app or not, we can now see the last time they opened the app from Analytics > Advisors. This option helps to deactivate users who do not log in to the app.

Programmable mission closure

It will be possible to schedule the end of a mission when "n" participants are reached for a specific number of participants.

Transition screens in surveys
Screens can now be added between questions to display an image or explanatory text between questions within the survey.

Improved survey mission
The start date or the amount of a survey is no longer defined from the survey itself but from the mission in order to unify all the definition of these fields from one section.

Passive tracking visualisation
From dynamic cubes you can create analytics for the visualisation of passive tracking (see the battery, geolocation or installed apps of the users).

Automated mission reminders
To increase the level of user participation in missions, automated reminders can now be scheduled.

Control panel look&feel customisation
Control panel users can now customise their look&feel as well as colours or logos without having to ask Social Labs.

New "Settings" section in the control panel
We have found a new section in the control panel to define application settings, language, country, etc. These are day-to-day settings and the initial set-up settings will remain in configuration.

Recording the video call
The functionality to record video calls has been incorporated and will be automatically saved in the project for later detailed analysis.

Remuneration table/user
We can now see for each user the outstanding payments, exported payments, etc. To check their payments and keep a detailed control of these.

Dynamic cubes
This tool provides a faster and simpler analysis of data. Its ease of use allows it to be used by any user. Once the cube has been created, it can be consulted by the user at any time with updated information.

Optimised payment management
Better manage and filter customer payments.

Facebook SDK updated
The Facebook SDK has been updated to the latest version.

Customisable home screen and icons
From the Control Panel you can now decide what the start screen and the order of the icons in the application menu will be.

Automatic sending of the payment file
Programmable and automated export and sending of the payment file so that you do not have to do this task manually on a recurring basis.

Background downloads
Allows you to download sampling reports in the background and continue operating the platform while the report is being generated.
