At Social Labs we are constantly working to ensure the continuous technological and functional improvement of our Social Business Platforms to provide our clients with superior software of the highest value, quality and innovation, and here are the new features of the Platforms (Social Advisors & Social Market) for April 2022:
1. NEW UI+UX=CX CONTROL PANEL
A complete redesign of the UI+UX=CX of the Platform Control Panel has been developed to facilitate a cleaner, refreshed and minimalistic look and feel, as well as better and easier usability.the UI+UX=CX developed follows the standards of the software industry, led and defined by Google Lab.
Now, there are 3 levels in the menu, which appears automatically folded, and it unfolds when hovering over it to facilitate its usability in an intuitive way.the colours are 100% configurable by the administrator from the General Settings in Look & Feel.
2. PRODUCT SHELF
Thanks to the experience gained by working directly and continuously with our current customers, together with new requirements suggested by the market, we have developed a shelf of predefined products to make it easier and faster to create missions and obtain data and insights. There are 3 types of products:
- Dialogue: answering questions, recording evidence (videos, photos, images, documents, OCR, etc)
- Video call with call recording and automatic conversion to text for insights generation
- Passive tracking, real-time monitoring of geolocation and routes of the advisor, and digital knowledge of mobile usage.
The predefined products so far are: Brand Strength Assessment, In-Store Execution Assessment, Product Assessment, Consumer Behavior Tracking, Innovation Lab, Communication Strength Assessment, Packaging Assessment, Social Assessment, Consumer Portrait and Price Tracking. The administrator together with the client can define new products or modify existing ones, for this purpose there is an extensive and varied catalogue of templates. Each new version of the platform will incorporate new product templates. Details can be found in the section Operate > Products together with a description of each product and how to operate it.
3. TEMPLATES FOR DIALOGUE TYPE PRODUCTS
In order to extend and improve the product shelf (dialogue type) and adapt it to the customer's business requirements, the option to extend, modify and define additional templates to create new products is allowed.
These templates allow to automate surveys, record evidence, questions and create or modify a certain product and thus optimise the time in creating missions and obtaining insights.
4. FORMALISATION OF THE PROJECT BRIEFING
To improve and expand the information of a Project, a new section called "Briefing" has been added where all the relevant information regarding objectives, target, description and additional documents can be added when creating the Briefing of a new Project.
In this way, the information of the Project Briefing will be stored in the Platform, being able to consult its history and most relevant information at any time.
5. EXPORT BY TABLES
In order to facilitate the user experience in the data export process, the "Export" button has been modified.
Previously, only the data of a whole page was allowed to be exported, and now more detailed export is allowed and appears on each table instead of once per page.
6. ARCHIVE CHATS AND FREE UP SPACE
In order to free up space on the Platform and thereby ensure optimal performance, an option has been enabled to archive chats that are no longer required to be kept online.
Through the section Configuration > System Maintenance we can archive, by years, the chats that we no longer need to have them online and thus free up storage space and improve the performance of the Platform. Once the chats are archived, they can no longer be viewed on the Platform. In case you need those chats again, you can contact Social Labs to reactivate them on the Platform.
