  1. Understanding Potential Customer Profiles
    • Purchase Motivation and Intended Use: Identified main reasons for purchase and planned usage for each customer.
    • Brand Preferences: Documented the most requested brands and types of vehicles to fine-tune offerings.
  2. Customer Journey at Dealerships
    • Reception and Customer Service: Evaluated everything from the initial greeting to the advisors' ability to provide personalized recommendations.
    • Test Drive: Observed how staff highlighted vehicle benefits and answered questions, accompanying multimedia evidence (videos/photos) of the driving experience.
    • Financing Plans: Analyzed and recorded the most appealing options for customers, with multimedia evidence (photos) of the most preferred financing plans.
  3. KPI Evaluation
    • Customer service, test drives, and financing plans were identified by Advisors as key factors influencing decision-making.

Thanks to this mission, BYD gained valuable insights into customer preferences and expectations, allowing them to adjust services and sales strategies to better meet the needs of the Mexican market.
