Product Evaluation
Product Evaluation guides brands toward excellence in a highly competitive market. This market research activity is much more than a simple analysis; it’s a deep understanding of your product through the eyes of those who matter most: your customers. It provides a detailed snapshot of your product’s performance, revealing not only how it meets customer needs and desires but also how it strengthens their connection to your brand.
Key benefits of Product Evaluation include:
- Satisfaction Index: Captures the customer’s voice, offering a reflection of real sentiment toward your product and highlighting areas that need attention and improvement.
- Purchase Intention Index: Acts as a predictor of loyalty and repeat purchases, which is essential for sustaining long-term growth.
- Best Sales Channels: Identifies the most effective paths for your product to reach customers, allowing you to refine your distribution and maximize profitability.
- Brand Affinity Level: Measures how your product impacts brand perception, which is crucial for building a lasting and positive relationship with your customer.
In essence, the Product Evaluation by Social Advisors by Social Labs empowers you to make informed, strategic decisions, turning data into action and ensuring that each innovation and message reaches your market. With every evaluation, you not only gain a better understanding of your customers but also outline the path to make your product a category leader.

Did You Know...
Day of the Dead Insights in Mexico
In Mexico, our cultural roots run rich and deep, and data from Social Advisors by Social Labs confirms this: 87% of Mexicans celebrate the Day of the Dead. But what does this celebration mean to us? It’s more than a festivity; it’s a bond connecting generations, a tribute to our loved ones who have passed, and a way to keep their memory alive.
A central tradition of the Day of the Dead is setting up an altar, a symbol of love and devotion to those who have departed. 85% of Mexicans dedicate time and care to creating these altars, filling them with symbols and offerings that express eternal love. More than objects, the altar serves as a bridge between the living and the dead, where cherished memories blend with beloved aromas and flavors.
Our Community of Advisors shared the foods they always place on the altar: chocolate, soda, water, bread, meat, homemade food, mole, peanuts, fruits, sweets, Mexican dishes, alcoholic beverages, coffee, mineral water, empanadas, beans, sugar skulls, and salt. These items stand out as staples on Mexican altars.
Additionally, our Advisors Community shared valuable insights on the brands that are essential on these special altars: Chocolate Abuelita, Bimbo bread, Corona beer, Tía Rosa, Modelo beer, Coca-Cola, Pepsi, Herdez salsas, Vitoria coffee, Gamesa cookies, Barcel snacks, Sabritas, Nescafé, among other brands that hold a prominent place on these altars.
These brands not only enrich our traditions but also represent the quality and authenticity that Mexicans seek in every detail of this celebration so deeply rooted in the heart of Mexico.
