Sort Responses:

We’ve introduced a new feature that enables you to sort report responses using three different filters: highest to lowest, lowest to highest, or by entry order. This improvement not only expands the customization options for mission reports but also significantly reduces report generation time.

Array Multiple Choice:

We’re launching a new question type that enhances single-choice matrix questions. With this new format, you can add multiple-choice matrices, especially useful for packaging studies or media evaluations.

Improved Data Quality and Reliability:

In our ongoing commitment to improve the reliability and quality of captured data, we’ve developed a new functionality to measure the response time advisors take for each mission question. This feature analyzes and evaluates whether the time spent on each question is above or below the average, identifies causes, and informs decisions accordingly.

With this enhancement, we aim to optimize the quality, efficiency, reliability, and precision of data collected during interactions with advisors (consumers/shoppers).
